D Addario EXP Strings
What make D’Addario EXP so good is, there’s a special coating applied on high-carbon hex core before the wrap wire wound process. These made the strings not only retain the same sound of a regular bronze, but also last up to 4 times longer. With this great feature, D’addario Exp had become a popular choice among professional guitarists.
These strings sound crisp and pure. The feel on your fingers is totally amazing. They have a longer life and sustain better than other coated strings too. Another good point is the price is great compared to other brand’s coated strings.
Brass ends of the strings are painted different colors to differentiate each of them. My friend TJ use these on his Ovation, which strings tail-forward through the bridge, so the colored ends are visible and it looks so cool!
